JECON is a State of Georgia, Licensed Utility Contractor and Certified Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBEC).  JECON is an Approved and Registered Georgia Department of Transportation Contractor and Qualified Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia Certified Natural Gas Contractor.  We have over 35 years of experience along with a strong team of  engineers and professional tradesmen resources we are able to deliver successful projects.  JECON's projects range from residential and commercial development, to Gas, Water, Storm and Sewer pipeline projects with Municipal and State projects.  In addition, JECON maintains a heavy involvement with the local Mills and Factories for emergency support along with planned outages and regularly scheduled projects of all facets.  Some of these client's are but not limited to: Blue Bird Corporation, Graphic Packaging International, Nichiha Corporation Company, Gilmer Warehouse, Frito Lay Inc, Robins Air Force Base and others.
